Stick to your guns!

When ever you get a verbal agreement from someone stating they will do something for you, get it in writing.

Although Texas considers a verbal agreement a binding contract, it is always best to have it in writing. So make sure you write it down, get it in writing and if the other party tries to back out...see if you can hold to them to their word. This is not a bad thing, it is simple business as we would want to take care of our clients as well. Make sure you use that leverage when securing any business for your event.

This service is included in your event planning agreement with CRE8AD8 as our legal team will look over any agreements and make sure all vendors perform as necessary.
